The Center is always looking for community volunteers who can give their time or talents to benefit our community. We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities available such as doing resource updating, refinishing our sandwich board, reorganizing and setting up our library for check outs, and so many more. The Center would not exist if it was not through the dedicated folks like you and our board of directors. So, if you have some hidden talents or just want to hang out for a few hours a month contact our Volunteer Coordinator/Co-Chair Chris Haines.
We also rely on volunteers for our weekly groups. If you have a passion for group work and volunteering your talents please contact us about hosting an existing or new group. Groups traditionally are 2 hours once a week. We also have reoccurring volunteer opportunities such as at our annual fundraiser Black and White ball every March, our annual Community Picnic in September, and our monthly First Friday art hosting.
