Black and White Ball

For the past six years the Black and White Ball has served as the principal fundraiser and formal event for the Missoula GLBTIQ community, and even for much of the entire state. As one of the few formal opportunities to schmooze and socialize with your fellow gay and gay friendly Missoulians, Black and White has established a great tradition of celebration among young and old alike.
This year's seventh annual Black and White Ball will be held at the Holiday Inn Parkside from 7:00pm - 11:30pm.
The Western Montana Community Center (WMCC) is pleased to announce it will once again host the Annual Black and White Ball on March 3, 2012, at the Holiday Inn Parkside – Downtown Missoula. This formal event serves as the major fundraising for the Center each year.
We invite you to join us for an evening of dancing to the energetic music of Full Grown Men. The five-man band specializes in blues and jazz-based dance music, with the emphasis on rhythm, swing, energy, and soul.
The Riverbend restaurant will be serving scrumptious appetizers, a no-host bar will be supplied by Brooks & Browns, and a silent auction will also help raise funds. A professional photographer will be available to take black and white portrait photographs of couples, friends, and loved ones.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Help make this year's Annual Black and White Ball a reality by sponsoring this key event. All funds directly benefit the Western Montana Community Center and the LGBTQQI community of Western Montana and beyond.
- Platinum Sponsor ($1000+): As a Platinum Level Sponsor, you will receive a reserved table at the ball with ten seats and ten tickets for your table guests. Your name(s) will be listed with other $1000 co-sponsors on the invitation, and you will also be recognized in the Ball Program and the Out Words monthly publication. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary half page advertisement for publication in one issue of Out Words during 2012.
- Gold Level Sponsor ($750+): As a Gold Level Sponsor, you will receive six tickets to the ball. Your name(s) will be listed with other $750 co-sponsors on the invitation, and you will also be recognized in the Ball Program and the Out Words publication. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary quarter page advertisement for publication in one issue of Out Words during 2012.
- Silver Level Sponsor ($500+): As a Silver Level Sponsor, you will receive four tickets to the ball. Your name(s) will be listed with other $500 co-sponsors on the invitation, and you will also be recognized in the Ball Program and the Out Words publication. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary business card sized advertisement for publication in one issue of Out Words during 2012.
- Bronze Level Sponsor ($250+): As a Bronze Level Sponsor, you will receive two tickets to the event and your name(s) will be recognized in the Ball Program and Out Words.
- Community Giving Sponsor ($100+): As a Community Giving Sponsor, you will receive one ticket to the event and your name(s) will be recognized in the Ball Program and OutWords.
All donations to the Western Montana Community Center are tax deductable.
