Health Habits, located at 2825 Stockyard Road in Missoula, is a gym that offers personal training, exercise classes and therapeutic massage in an environment where anyone can feel comfortable.

Established in 2001 by life partners and owners Nancy Taylor and Shauna Dutton, the gym sponsors the National Gym Association’s all-natural (no steroids or other drugs) Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships at the University Theater in Missoula on September 15. The event benefits the Montana Meth Project.

Taylor and Dutton walk the walk when it comes to eating healthfully and exercising.
Taylor competes and judges regularly and served as a voting judge in the 2006 Mountain States Body Building and Figure Championship.

Shauna has won professional status thanks to high placings in national fitness competitions.
